School Start-Up
Description: we were brought on board by a leading educational provider that sought to scale its operations by opening a new campus in Indonesia.
Services provided: we provided end-to-end support from market and feasibility analysis, financing and site selection through to the completed establishment of successful, comprehensive operations.
School Merger
Description: a pair of innovative educational providers sought a strategic partnership (merger) to break through in a saturated marketplace. Because this project was literally the first of its kind in Indonesia, they asked us to ensure that all aspects of the merger was done smoothly and by the book.
Services provided: we supported project structuring and government liaison (in the absence of definitive regulations) to ensure business continuity. The results were exactly as planned: successful consolidation of these two institutions onto one site.
International Baccalaureate Authorisation
Description: one of the largest international private school operators in Indonesia was planning to improve its programme offering across the organisation to drive academic output and revenue generation.
Services provided: we developed and executed a six-year IB authorisation plan for four schools resulting successful authorisation of an IB Diploma Programme at all four schools and increased enrollment at critical grade levels.
Employee Utilisation
Description: one of the largest educational providers in Indonesia required operational and cost control of its faculty, and turned to us for comprehensive services.
Services provided: we devised and successfully implemented a detailed, long-term utilisation, deployment and performance management framework, which resulted in operational savings of 30% in the first year alone.
Local Accreditation
Description: a school operator with multiple sites needed mandatory accreditation from the National Accreditation Body to retain their operating licenses. They brought us on board to ensure the process was done accurately, legally and responsibly.
Services provided: we shepherded the school through the whole process of accreditation, including setting up the committee, preparation of the required documentation, presentation preparation and conducting mock visits -- all the way through to attending the actual accreditation visit.
